I prefer grilling than frying
Do you fry or grill your foods? Do you use fats and oils? These are all issues that also affect if the meal is healthy or not. Avoid the use of high-calorie fats and oils in the preparation of your meals. I prefer grilling or roasting rather than frying. Frying is not a healthy way of preparing foods. Sometimes I still fry but I use sunflower oil or margarine.
