Sales Training
One of the most important parts in a business like retails is having a good customer service. With good customer service, customers will appreciate everything and will always come back. One time I was in a well known retail store and I asked helped from one of the salesmen. I needed helped in choosing a digital camera and he really had a lot to say about the cameras and helped me choose the right one. It is great when I get great customer service and I will definitely go back to that store. I also have a bad experience with a salesman. It happened last December. It was so busy in the store and I asked help the salesmen said that he will be with me in just minutes but unfortunately he never returned. Well, I understand because it was such a busy day that time.
I just started a career in sales and I am planning to enroll in a sales training program to improve my skills and to have more opportunities available for me.
