Water Aerobics

Today, there is a new kind of exercise which is called water-aerobics. This type of aerobic exercise has many benefits, and is sufficiently flexible to everyone, regardless of age or physical condition.

 Water Aerobics is ideal for people with physical limitations, because of water buoyancy. It is therefore possible to move more easily, without adding strain on joints and muscles. That’s why it is ideal for people with disabilities. This is called non weight bearing exercise
